MDF warehouse. Its base is 11" x 6" and 8.5" tall at the peak of the roof. Great for many settings, from industrial to modern. Opens easily for gameplay and the upper deck can be removed if you would like to play without it. You can get the version with door and window frames. Added cost for engraved brick and shingles.
Shipped unassembled and unpainted. Some finger joints require light hammering and/or light sanding to achieve best fit.
